Role details and duties
The supervisor is responsible for the full front and back office operation of the store. Key duties include implementing customer retention strategies and making sure service stays exceptional; managing inventory effectively, keeping stock losses to a minimum and maintaining the right stock levels; upholding company policies, industry regulations and risk management standards; building a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship; and overseeing cash handling and financial transactions with accuracy.
