Key duties include determining stock to be merchandised; drawing stock requirements; checking vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation and price tags; executing merchandising activities as per the cycle brief; giving feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests; communicating and keeping up knowledge of products and promotions; effectively recording merchandising activities; executing calls as per the call cycle; and advising the Regional Sales Manager on out-of-stock products.
