Role details and duties

Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Eight to ten years of senior-level experience in Treasury, Finance, and/or Business Process Improvement.
- Proven experience within a Shared Services environment.
- Strong treasury accounting expertise, including foreign exchange instruments, borrowings and debt management, and interest rate swaps and hedging instruments.
- Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, dashboard reporting, automation, and AI-driven tools.
- Project management experience with a track record of delivering finance transformation initiatives.
- A CA(SA) qualification will be highly advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, reconciliation and reporting skills; the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across a matrix organisation; strong executive communication and presentation abilities; demonstrated success leading complex projects and driving continuous improvement; a high level of attention to detail, governance and financial control; and strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making capability.
