Requirements

• A B Degree or B Tech in Commerce, Social Science, Engineering or Business Management at NQF 7 with 360 credits.
• Five years of successful track record at Senior Business Intelligence Analyst level, preferably in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of Eskom’s business direction and strategy, as well as its policies, processes and procedures.
• Understanding of research processes, business intelligence processes and tools, project management and systems thinking.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to facilitate groups and resolve conflict.
• General computer and related data management tool proficiency, together with professionalism, honesty and integrity.
