Sentraal-Suid Co-operative Ltd (SSK) is seeking a Senior Admin Officer for Agriland East, based in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. Sentraal-Suid Co-operative is an agricultural co-operative, and Agriland East is one of its retail operations. The Senior Admin Officer keeps Agriland East’s administration running smoothly: consolidating branch information, monitoring expenses, maintaining asset and vehicle registers, supporting branch managers, and improving the administrative systems and workflows behind the branch. It is a senior support role for someone who is accurate, organised and comfortable working with figures and reports.

Role details
- Timely and accurate consolidation of branch information, spot-checks, and internal reporting.
- Active monitoring and auditing of branch expenses.
- Maintenance and updating of central asset and vehicle registers.
- Administrative assistance to branch managers and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying, developing, and executing continuous improvements to administrative systems and workflows.

Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with demonstrated strength in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- A Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Bookkeeping, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in general office administration or a senior administrative role.
- Experience within retail, agricultural, or cooperative environments — highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specialised focus on MS Excel for data consolidation.
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory control software — an advantage.
- Proven accuracy in data analysis, reporting, spot-checking, and organisational coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
