- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
- A CA(SA) qualification is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, a strong process and controls mindset, exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capability, and the ability to influence and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
