Where to find and apply safely
This vacancy is listed on Careers24, and the Apply button on this page takes you directly to the original advert. Apply only through that original listing, and be wary of anyone who asks you to pay a fee or share banking details to secure a role. Genuine recruiters will not ask you to pay to be considered.
Practical tips
This is a senior appointment, so your application should show evidence of scale: the size of the workforce you have managed, the branches or sites you have run, and examples of budgets, fleet or firearm control you have handled. Mention your PSIRA Grade A status clearly, along with your driver’s licence, transport and firearm competency, since all are stated requirements. If you have ISO 9001 experience, give a concrete example of how you applied it. Keep your CV factual and check your contact details before submitting.
How the process works
When you apply through the original advert, your application goes to Fidelity Services Group for shortlisting. Only shortlisted candidates are normally contacted, so make sure the phone number and email address on your application are current. Fidelity states that it reserves the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position, and that preference is always given to existing employees with the choice made purely on merit.
