Requirements
- 10 to 20 years of construction estimating experience.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Strong Candy / CCS experience, with the ability to manage tenders from start to finish.
- Extensive experience with NEC and JBCC contracts.
- Proven exposure to both government and private sector projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, pricing, subcontractor quotations and tender submissions.
- Previous experience leading an estimating function or estimating team.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take full accountability for the estimating function.
