Role details and duties
- Manage all depot operations to achieve production and service delivery targets.

- Manage stock reconciliation, inventory control and product movements.
- Coordinate distribution activities and ensure vehicle and fleet compliance.
- Manage operational budgets, employee performance and security controls.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- An engineering qualification is preferred, or a relevant tertiary qualification in Operations, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Depot Manager or similar leadership role within the LPG, Oil and Gas industry.
- Proven experience managing operational, maintenance, stock control and distribution functions.
- Strong understanding of HSEQ, safety, compliance and risk management principles.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, contractors and operational performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment while ensuring service delivery and compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of operational processes and HSSE requirements.
