iOCO is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and self-sufficient Call Coordinator Administrator to work in an IT Service Desk or similar support environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills, engage professionally and effectively with users, resolve queries and provide a consistently high standard of service. Applications close on 28 December 2026.
About the company and the work
iOCO Infrastructure Services (iOCO IS) delivers outstanding infrastructure services, and describes itself as a community of skilled professionals who challenge, disrupt and innovate. iOCO is an equal opportunity employer with an obligation to achieve its own unique employment equity objectives. In this role you will sit at the heart of an IT support operation, coordinating calls and tickets, keeping users informed and making sure service levels are met.
Role details and duties
The coordinator will handle ticket management, administration, reporting, quality control and SLA management, and will communicate directly with users verbally and in writing within an IT support environment. Strong attention to detail, computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office are essential, together with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Applicants need 1 to 2 years of administrative work experience via a Service Desk, call coordinating or similar role. Good communication skills and fluency in English, verbally and in writing, are required, along with self-sufficiency, attention to detail and soft skills. Receptionist experience is advantageous. On qualifications, Grade 12 is essential, along with computer and MS Office literacy (Administrative Certificate); an ITIL Foundation qualification is preferred. The role also requires a valid driver’s licence and own transport, and the work is desk-based, sitting at a desk, in an office building with floors accessed by stairs.
Where to find and apply safely

Apply only through the original listing, and never pay anyone who promises you this job or asks for a fee to secure an interview. Genuine recruiters do not charge job seekers for applications.
Practical tips
Lead with your Service Desk or call coordination experience: describe the ticket queues you managed, the reports you produced and how you kept users updated. Show your written communication quality by keeping your application clear and error-free, and mention any receptionist experience and your MS Office proficiency. If you hold an ITIL Foundation qualification, say so prominently, since it is preferred for this role.
