Role details and duties
Your primary role will be to strategically lead and optimise your store’s total operational performance, from driving daily sales and profitability to ensuring world-class customer service and visual merchandising. Your key responsibilities cover five areas: store performance, where you execute daily sales strategies, monitor budgets, manage store expenses and analyse local sales trends; floor leadership and execution, where you effectively implement visual merchandising planograms, manage promotional campaigns and conduct daily floor walks; team empowerment, where you recruit, develop and retain top store talent, host monthly one-on-one performance reviews and track digital learning; risk and admin control, where you execute vital in-store administration including cash-ups and stock counts and actively manage stock loss; and customer service champion, where you resolve customer issues on the floor immediately and review social and Google reviews and CRM reports daily.
