In this role, you will look after a portfolio of clients, helping them use products and equipment well, solving problems and finding opportunities for value-added services.

Role details and duties

You will plan and execute call cycles, arrange travel, conduct site visits and build client relationships, install products and equipment, provide in-depth client training and resolve queries. You will also perform and present client performance analyses, identify improvement opportunities, track, order, recover and maintain equipment at client sites, identify opportunities for value-added services and tailor solutions to client needs, maintain accurate client records, submit monthly reports and expense claims, achieve monthly and annual targets through consulting, support and sales activity, and stay updated on industry, product and legislative changes.

Requirements

• Matric
• B-Com degree or diploma (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management role
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own car
