About the company and the work

The lead works across business functions and user groups, from end-users and super-users to process owners and system administrators, and helps the organisation keep critical knowledge documented instead of locked in a few heads.

Practical tips
Show the scale of your ERP training work: name the platforms you have trained on, the size of the user groups you supported, and how you measured whether people were actually ready at go-live. Give an example of a knowledge transfer plan you ran, including how you documented critical knowledge and handed it over to support teams, since those are the core of this role. Make it clear that you can work with business leaders, subject matter experts and implementation partners, and that you can turn a training strategy into sessions, materials and reports that managers can act on.
