Role details / duties

• Use technical knowledge to support maintenance systems, technical processes and more efficient technical systems.
• Apply troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Work with internal and external contacts, communicating clearly in writing and in person.

Requirements

• Matric and CompTIA A+ certification (Essentials and Core).
• A valid driver’s licence; an N qualification is advantageous.
• Selling skills and the ability to close a sale, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Troubleshooting, stress management and conflict management skills.
• Technical knowledge of IT hardware components and repair, and of software installations.
• Networking systems knowledge is advantageous, with excellent MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of Incredible Connection and Pepkor Lifestyle policies, practices, processes and systems, and a sound understanding of the company vision, objectives, branch structure and relevant work systems.
• Target-driven, self-managed, detail-focused and customer-centric, with integrity and personal resilience.
