CSG Resourcing is looking for a Senior Technical Manager for a mine in Secunda. This is a temporary, full-time role leading the planning, design, execution and delivery of complex mining-related capital infrastructure projects, including ventilation shaft systems, bunkers and water systems.

Role details and duties

• Provide technical leadership on complex mining-related capital infrastructure projects.
• Lead project planning, scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and timelines.
• Deliver projects within budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, engineering standards and industry best practice.
• Manage integrated risk and comply with SHERQ and the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA).
• Meet Sasol BD&I requirements and apply the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Lead technical and safety teams, manage change and maintain project documentation.
• Engage stakeholders throughout delivery.

Requirements
