Requirements

• B Degree, B Tech or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Technology or Commerce.
• 10 years’ extensive management experience in organisation design, change management and human capital.
• Excellent knowledge of the human capital field, including human capital policies, procedures, processes and the human capital value chain.
• Knowledge of organisation design and change management methodologies, techniques, tools and processes, and of change management principles and practices.
• Understanding of complex organisations, various groups and subsidiaries, a broad range of information, and investment processes and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and facilitation, business and general management, and project management capability.
• Assertive and direct communication style, persuasive ability with strong influence, and the ability to communicate effectively at senior and executive levels, internally and externally.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities simultaneously, resilience and ability to perform under pressure, conflict resolution capability and complex decision making.
• High emotional intelligence, and strategic, lateral and innovative thinking.
• Behavioural strengths including professionalism, integrity, honesty, assertiveness and ethics; leadership strengths including being customer focused, coaching and development, motivating and leading teams, ethical leadership, relationship management and being result orientated with a strong focus on service delivery.
