Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in wholesale/retail.
• At least 5 years’ direct Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as BABOK, ALM, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.
• In-depth understanding of retail systems and application stacks.
• Proven ability to design, optimise, and govern business processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capability.
