• Demonstrated experience building and evaluating non-deterministic AI and agent systems in production.
• Client-facing experience advising technical leadership and running discovery and solution workshops.
• Strong engineering judgement, able to translate business goals into secure, maintainable architecture.
• Experience defining governance, audit and human-in-the-loop controls for AI systems.
• Excellent mentoring, communication and leadership skills.
