Watershed Consulting is seeking three Retail Sales Agents in Parktown, Gauteng, for an established business college. This is a permanent, junior role, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with overtime when required. The salary is to be discussed, as shown in the listing.

Role details and duties
Connect with learners: Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls and across digital platforms.
Guide choices: Understand their needs, explain their options and guide them towards a suitable qualification.
Build a pipeline: Generate your own leads, pursue new business and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Keep records: Keep accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups and contribute to sales reporting.
Support accounts: Assist with account enquiries, payment follow-ups, invoices and credit notes.
Grow awareness: Help develop and implement marketing strategies that grow awareness, engagement and enquiries.
Check content: Review online course content for quality and consistency, and work closely with the team to keep service standards high and sales activity moving.
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
- Proven frontline customer service experience and a strong focus on the customer.
- Confidence using digital platforms, Microsoft Office and business software.
- Clear, engaging communication, professional telephone etiquette and strong presentation skills.
- The initiative to find opportunities, solve problems creatively and follow through.
- Good organisation, effective time management and a sense of urgency.
- Approachable, resourceful and reliable, enjoying working with others.
- Desired skills shown in the listing: sales, leads, marketing strategy, digital platforms and presentation skills.
