AtripleA Recruitment is expanding rapidly and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant focused on the finance industry, based in Brummeria, Pretoria. This full-time role suits a bilingual, target-driven recruiter who can run a temporary staffing desk for finance clients.

Role details and duties

• Help clients with flexible and temporary staffing solutions on a daily basis.
• Manage and run the temporary staffing department.
• Send quotations to clients for required temporary staff.
• Negotiate fees with clients and send out terms.
• Make sure every client has a signed and updated contract.
• Source and select candidates for job specifications received from clients.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates.
• Prepare candidate profiles and check that all details are correct.
• Carry out confidential working references, and send them through to clients.
• Arrange qualification, ITC and criminal checks.
• Set up interviews with clients and maintain client and candidate databases.
• Visit clients and manage temporary staffing documentation and contracts.
• Keep documentation updated on the in-house system.
• Calculate timesheets for invoicing and payment, send invoices and follow up on overdue invoices.

Requirements

• Senior Certificate.
• Two to three years of related experience, in recruitment in the finance industry.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence; own vehicle is essential.
• Computer literate.
• Target driven, with a proven sales and target track record.
• Able to perform well under pressure.
