• Relevant OutSystems certifications, with Associate Reactive Developer certification as a minimum.
• Additional OutSystems certifications, such as OutSystems 11 or ODC-related certifications.
• Strong experience building Reactive Web Applications.
• Experience consuming and exposing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
