Role details and duties

Your work will include helping to keep systems running, data accurate and stock information accessible to users. You will capture incoming stock into the DMS system when deliveries arrive, check delivery documents against purchase orders, and make sure items are properly labelled and placed in the right bins. You will also monitor stock movement and help assign stock codes, bin locations and re-order levels.

Requirements

• Matric.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of inventory stores, maintenance and DMS systems.
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, plus Gmail and Outlook proficiency.
• A clean criminal record, to be verified.
