Role details and duties

Duties include general design work such as posters, flyers, merchandise and other marketing material, working out the message a design should portray and working closely with the marketing function, creating images in line with marketing and brand strategy, using a range of creative techniques to realise concepts, meeting deadlines efficiently, updating adverts on the website and betting displays, liaising with branch team leaders and managers on requested design work, deep etching pictures in Photoshop, preparing rough layouts for approval and finished copy for final layout, coordinating with printing and publishing, and keeping work, designs, artwork and approvals saved and backed up in order.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a Graphic Designer role
• Graphic design skills, including layout skills and desktop publishing tools
• Photoshop skills
• Strong analytical skills, creativity and artistic ability
• Excellent computer skills, time management and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of accountability
• A Bachelor degree in Graphic Design is a bonus, not a stated minimum
