Role details and duties

The coordinator will support a cloud-focused team by:

Coordinating FinOps processes: Coordinating FinOps processes, governance activities and reporting.

Supporting cost visibility: Supporting cloud cost visibility, accountability and continuous improvement.

Coordinating stakeholders: Coordinating stakeholders, tracking actions and maintaining accurate governance records.

Working with cloud costs: Working with AWS cost management, including Cost Explorer, budgets, cost anomaly alerts, tagging and QuickSight reporting.

Handling finance work: Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice reconciliation and cost allocation.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and financial reporting knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, track actions and maintain accurate governance records.
• 3-5 years of experience in practice coordination, PMO, IT governance, IT finance administration, service management or a similar operational role.
• Working knowledge of AWS cost management, including Cost Explorer, budgets, cost anomaly alerts, tagging and QuickSight reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice reconciliation and cost allocation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Desired skills listed: FinOps, AWS Cost Management, QuickSight, MS Excel and PowerBI.
