Role details and duties

• Attend breakdowns, carry out fault-finding and follow through on opportunities identified on site
• Start up and commission equipment on site, ensuring all systems operate to specification
• Carry out burner modifications and retrofits in the workshop, followed by panel-to-burner testing
• Design control panel drawings and layouts, and liaise with panel builders
• Compile bills of materials and review cabling and installation material specifications
• Conduct site surveys for new installations
• Provide remote technical support to clients and run training on installed equipment
• Complete site reports, certificates of compliance, commissioning packs and handover documentation
• Perform software downloads, backups and updates on completion of site work
• Do remote monitoring and analysis of customer sites, including monthly reporting
• Support and train junior technicians, and support Field Services sales targets, client presentations and service-level promotion

Requirements
