In this role you will report to the Office Manager and will have no direct reports, so you will work closely with the office team and the people in the departments you support.
Your main purpose is to perform various driving errands and other tasks for the departments at Spitz. Your duties will include assisting various departments by carrying out their driver errands, and being a safe, professional and courteous driver at all times. You will monitor and replace office consumables, including the daily and weekly replenishment of items such as milk, paper, water bottles and groceries. You will distribute incoming mail and couriered items, delivering mail, parcels and courier items to the various departments and liaising with Reception and the Shipping Department to make sure that all items reach the correct destination. You will also provide general assistance, helping to set up functions, staff sales and other office events as required. In addition, you will be responsible for the vehicle, including the fuel card, servicing, cleanliness, fines and general vehicle care.
