Role details and duties

• Management and supervision of contractors for civil and steel projects, mainly renewals projects.
• Assisting the Mine Project Engineer with planning and coordination of construction work within an operational plant (a red-field environment).
• Interface and shut-down planning between mine processing operations and construction work, to minimise disruptions to the processing operations of the plant and optimise contractor efficiency.
• Control of procurement work processes, including processing contractors’ monthly payment certificates and time control.
• Supporting the Mine Project Engineer with the enforcement of safety regulations and procedures.
• Attending planning and coordination meetings.
• Administrative work as required.

Requirements
