About the company and the work

Role details and duties

• Own the alignment between business processes, the Odoo ERP and the warehouse automation landscape.

• Specify and test integrations, including APIs, EDI, middleware, carrier and e-commerce integrations.
• Map business processes, gather requirements, and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage ERP and automation implementation partners and vendors, and hold them to agreed deliverables.
• Prepare standard operating procedures and training material, and support super-user networks and change enablement.
• Design and coordinate functional and integration testing, user acceptance testing and cut-over planning.
• Use SQL and business intelligence tools to analyse data and support decisions.

Requirements
