QE Services is looking for a Business Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors experience to join a large enterprise environment on a contract, hybrid basis in Bellville, within a Retail and FMCG environment. The analyst will help turn HR and business needs into effective system solutions.

Role details and duties
Analyse requirements: Gather requirements, analyse processes and prepare functional specifications.
Work with HR processes: Work with HR and Human Capital Management business processes, and model and document business processes clearly.
Support delivery and testing: Work within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments, and support system testing and user acceptance testing.
Work with stakeholders: Work effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and manage multiple requirements, priorities and stakeholders within a project environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise environment.
- SAP or SuccessFactors experience, preferably within a large or complex organisation.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and functional specification.
- Experience working with HR / Human Capital Management business processes.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and documentation.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Experience supporting system testing and UAT.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, priorities and stakeholders within a project environment.
- Desired skills shown in the listing: SAP and Business analysis.
