Role details and duties

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Manage Operations Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and security personnel.
• Ensure contractual and client requirements are consistently met, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee financial management, budgets, fleet, assets and resources.
• Ensure effective staff management, rostering, training and development.
• Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee investigations where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit operational, monthly and quarterly reports, and attend client and internal management meetings.
• Ensure effective administration and operational control across the branch.

Requirements

• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the security industry, with proven senior security management experience, preferably managing a large workforce.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and fleet management.

• Strong people-management and leadership experience, and excellent planning, organisational and client liaison skills.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport.
