    Full job description

    As an inbound sales representative, your primary responsibility is to handle incoming inquiries, leads, and potential sales opportunities from customers who have shown interest in the company’s products or services.


    1. Responding to Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential customers who are interested in the products or services.

    2. Understanding Customer Needs: Listen actively to understand customers’ requirements, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.

    3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

    4. Sales Techniques: Use persuasive selling techniques to convert inquiries into sales, upsell or cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.

    5. Building Relationships: Establish rapport with customers to build trust and credibility, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.

    6. CRM Management: Input and update customer information accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and sales progress.

    7. Meeting Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and results.

    8. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Experience required:

    1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar inbound sales role.

    2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey product information.

    3. Customer Focus: Genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

    4. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.

    5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline efficiently.

    6. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the willingness to support team members and contribute to overall team success.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: R22 000,00 – R25 000,00 per month
