Safeguard Properties prides itself as a Leader in the Mortgage Field Services Industry and is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Property Preservation Vendor Network.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing prompt and quality interior and exterior Property Inspections.
  • Updating and processing orders via mobile application and web platform.
  • Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.

Requirements for the position:

· Must have valid ID

· Must have reliable Transportation

· Must provide own tools to complete jobs

· Must provide own means to get jobs completed.

· Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions

· Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner

· Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Contract
