Sandvik Learnerships Requirements
Sandvik learnership requirements are listed here, however, there may be some additional requirements not listed that are needed depending on your field. All documentation must be copied and certified, please do not submit your original documents.
Basic requirements that must be met:
- Candidates must be a South African citizen
- You must have a valid ID book or card
- Applicants must have a Matric certificate
- You must have a degree or diploma in the field applying for
- Must be English proficient and have exceptional communication skills
- You must be able to pass the medical and physical fitness to obtain a certificate
Applicants with some experience in their field will have an advantage. Some fields may require candidates to travel, work overtime or even shifts. Applicants from a previously disadvantaged background are welcome to apply, along with those with a disability. If you have a disability, please also submit a medical certificate indicating the nature of the disability.
Sandvik Learnerships Application
Sandvik’s learnerships application online can be done by visiting the Sandvik Website. From their main page, you can select the careers tab. On the Careers Page, you will see a variety of programs listed down the left side of the screen, on this list you can select the Trainee tab or the Student tab to find your way to the learnership program and application form. Application forms will only be available once their program opens.
Sandvik Learnerships Closing Date
The closing date for learnerships provided by Sandvik is not the same each year and will also differ with each field made available. This company will only make contact with those candidates who make the shortlist. If you do not hear from them after the closing date, you can take it that you were not successful. Please be sure to submit your application form with documentation on time. Late applications, and incomplete or those missing documents will not be looked at.
